Pros
There is a lot of growth and intentional direction from leadership that makes working here feel like you're moving with the entire team. Plenty of good involvement from the C-suite that helps direct teams without making us feel overwatched. The product is incredible and the focus this company has had on it becoming as efficient as possible has set AI Clearing ahead of competitors. This makes my job better in return as a BDR.
Cons
The work is something that demands respect. Respect of the product, your coworkers, and the work that has been put in before you. This creates a bit of pressure that can turn some people off, but if you own what you're doing here and work to make a positive impact, the work becomes extremely rewarding.
