- empathetic management - great product that's getting a lot of traction - fun problems to solve - lot of opportunities for R&D
Cons
- company culture is not well defined, no effort for team bonding - direction are a little confusing sometimes, not sure what the most critical thing to work on - my team work life balance was decent but some of my coworker complained about the amount of work
