Pros

Benefits & Care: The benefits package here isn’t just standard—it's thoughtfully considered and thoughtfully delivered. The company goes above and beyond to ensure employees feel seen and supported. Culture & Flexibility: You need to be flexible, but it’s balanced by a culture that empowers you. Change is the norm, but so is open dialogue, input from all levels, and a supportive approach to navigating uncertainty. Challenges: Not everyone thrives in rapid-change environments—it can feel chaotic. But the payoff is huge if you're adaptable and motivated. Final Recommendation: If you're looking for a place that balances high velocity with human-centric leadership, gives you space to grow, and backs you up, look no further.

Cons

Communication could be a bit better at times, certain decisions seem a bit short-visioned.

Pros

AIHR is a perfect place for people passionate about building products, processes, and teams. The company culture is highly collaborative, where your ideas are genuinely heard, and you are free to experiment and innovate. The team is incredibly knowledgeable in the HR field, and everyone is supportive and eager to help each other. The international team is a huge plus, and the brand new headquarters in Rotterdam with a daily chef-cooked lunch is a fantastic benefit.

Cons

As a rapidly growing company, the strategy is not always set in stone, and things can change quickly. This can be challenging for those who prefer more structure, as not all processes are defined or implemented. Personally, I enjoy this aspect as it provides a lot of room to figure things out, but it can be a demanding environment. The core value of Excellence also means expectations are high, which can feel challenging at times.

Pros

There are no pros at AIHR

Cons

The company publishes misleading job descriptions. In reality, the quality of work, performance, and career at AIHR depends on your nationality and not skills. There's systematic racism and discrimination at AIHR. No one should join the company with a contract less than 2 years or your career and mental health will suffer.
