      Get to run your region how you see fit. Not a lot of micromanagement. Get to work with world class end users.

      Cons

      Lack of communication, management and guidance. Low compensation for the industry. Only certain accounts have access to newest products. Years behind Market Leaders in Technology and large gaps or no offering in emerging markets.

      Small Company, Good Salary, Good Benefits, a lot of opportunities.

      Small companies have to struggle and do a big effort to succeed

      Pros

      None to speak of; just a depressing place where your contributions just don't matter.

      Cons

      Aimco continues to shed 60+ year old workers. Also has become too PC. Company has shed most of its corporate staff to protect senior management bonuses. Has become a very unhappy place to work .. full of backstabbing politics and a two-faced culture.
