      Pros

      Niche business with a seriously good client list, mostly multinationals. Very supportive people culture. Employees are intelligent and mature. Lots of room for growth but you need to take initiative to find your own path. Decisions are made by consensus.

      Cons

      Investment in technology is slow but is now happening. The lack of formal procedures and admin infrastructure can be frustrating compared to larger organizations.

      Management have implemented flexible policies for remote work and have routine meetings to keep employees connected.

      Cons

      With remote work comes additional online meetings which could be limited to those meetings that are needed in addition to focused agendas.
