Pros
Pay is decent, start and finish times somewhat flexible, great holidays for long service employees, recently got paid overtime.
Cons
Very beureaucratic, language barriers between executive management and everyone else causes unease, low morale due to bad handling of projects, not much room for progression in the company, structure too rigid to make positive change, disciplinary procedures act on an "guilty until proven otherwise" premise, management/production staff overworked, high turnover of production staff, poor work/life balance.
