      Work from home opportunity, Unlimited PTO, high deductible plan contribution

      Cons

      No 401k matching, tons of micro-managing, no room for growth, a lot of favoritism from higher-ups within the company, lack of salary increase even with cost of living changes, more responsibilities and position title changes with employee approval/consent, no employee value or personal recognition, lack of proper communication regarding company financials/goals/standings, & massive company layoffs every 5-6 months.

      Pros

      - Supportive, energetic coworkers who are great at what they do. - AI in healthcare is a very exciting place to be right now. A lot of opportunity for growth and positive impact in a critical space for Americans. - A lot of freedom to develop skills and define processes. Have not been micromanaged or boxed into current role definitions. - Opportunity to shape and define workflows without getting bogged down in process. Overall this is a great place to work. Impressive leadership team with a clear vision and goal. The team all the way down is able to execute projects and reach ambitious goals, allowing the company to scale smoothly and quickly.

      Cons

      If you don't like the (slightly) chaotic and fast paced startup environment, this would be a challenging place to be.
