- located very far west in a sketchy neighborhood
- everyone is extremely underpaid
- work in a gross dirty warehouse with zero windows
- no paid overtime (if you’re salary)
- poor benefits
- high stress environment
- working weekends even though you’re not getting paid for it
- feels like male workers are prioritized
