Pros
There is a lot of work to do at this company because companies are always needing frames for their cars but thats about it. Some supervisors/shift leads are good but don't really pay much attention to employees, unless someone directly asks them, because they are always given so much to do at any given time.
Cons
This was my first manufacturing company that I ever worked for and hopefully my last, I will stick to retail. The facilities are always dirty and lets not talk about the bathroom that place was gross. Unless one of the employees cleaned it would stay the same. They have people to clean their offices and their bathrooms but left the employee areas for us to do it. The only thing that an employee its supposed to keep clean is his work station and whatever they get dirty but not take turn to clean the facilities. It seemed that the only time they really want the place clean was when the company owner came for a visit. They overwork their employees they have only two women running six machines and on top of that they also have to count them and put them into boxes and write down whats in each box. I have never seen so many people come and go from this place. A lot of people only went for a day or two and then left because it was too much. They expect the machine operators to get as many frames done but the problem is that the machine are not good and it didn't matter how much they tried to fix them, they never seem to work properly and a lot of frames had to be rework. I could go on and on about this company but they are just not worth my time.
