      Keeps sorry employees employed, management has no back bone, company is a sinking ship, can't keep up with the times (their only method of refunding $ is a paper check), takes entirely too long to implement new programs

      Good company to work for. Family oriented. Fair. Clear communication. I know what is expected of me in my role without having to guess at it.
