      Pros

      Management are experienced and lovely (new crew that have been brought on) Supervisor is inexperienced and lets the rest of staff slack as she doesn't know what she's doing and doesn't seem to care either.

      Cons

      ALH accountants failed to pay me after 6 weeks, no money through Christmas and into the new year. Venue manager had to loan me money out of his own pocket to get through. Young and inexperienced staff. ALH won't give management control over petty things like hiring of security and control of cleaning funds to further clean the pub properly.

      They have very good jobs for very good smart people

      Cons

      They R not fair, not professionals, very choosy & they R not nice for desperate poor smart working-hard ppl. All bc of Australian Passport Photo & Australian Citizenship Certificate which is under a parents name, that certificate has been used for over 30 to 40 years w many jobs. ALH Group won't accept that. Very poor smart good ppl R not rich to apply an over $500 worth Australian Citizenship Certificate w one person alone. That is very not fair.
