I have been working with ALIGN Executive Search for close to 3 years and I have seen growth and potential not only with my CEO but fellow team members. ALIGN is a boutique search firm that has a start up vibe yet like most sales driven companies has a high energy work environment. I love every single person I work with and have been so fortune to be apart of the team. I have worked for other recruiting firms in the past and this not a cubicle environment. Definitely a team atmosphere at ALIGN.

Unfortunately, ALIGN tries to coach and work with individuals who do not have a recruiting background. But like any sales environment you must have the drive if you don't it would be unfair to the current team and the individual to keep them in position where they will not be successful. ALIGN has had some great people who have attempted to make this their career, but sometimes it's just not a good fit for some people.
