      Pros

      ALIGNET is a small organization with a huge customer base, this brings opportunities to commercial development, facing big challenges to reach the corporate market where the most of the clients are, it takes time an effort to get an account but when you make it, the impact in the organization is big.

      Cons

      ALIGNET as a small company faces the common issues that all SMB have to deal with, most of all micromanagement, that not make people apply their all capacities or leadership skills and depends on a large scale over the CEO capabilities.
