Everyone seems to be scared to talk up incase they get sacked for it. So hard to work when everything is a priority. Management is so toxic. Plans are always changing. CEO is a bully. Don't know how to prioritise spending money. Different treatment for different people. People are overworked and exhausted. Bonuses don't get paid on time. As you can see the list is endless.
