Toxic work environment - Lab Assistant ALS Global Employee Review

Terrible pay. Terrible treatment towards staff. senior staff and management do not communicate with staff. Will hand out non conformance reports for any slight mistake, very very poor training which does not help with this whatsoever. Staff are expected to carry out too many tasks at the same time which leads to easy mistakes being made. Some senior staff do not know how to lend help to junior staff as they do not know how to operate software/ machinery.
