Pros
It's a private company which provides industial labeling machines worldwide. They have a great knowledge in the product they make and the post selling service is aimed to fully satisfy the customer. It's a company which really cares about customers' needs and feedbacks.
Cons
Sometimes collegues aren't so collaborative. There isn't a standard procedure for every order because every machine is customized expecially for customer's production line. This means that during the machine production, some features could change or customers modify layout measures.
