      Pros

      Vacation and Holidays Ample parking for employees

      Cons

      Owner micromanages everything; restroom breaks, 10 min breaks, job duties, no cell phones allowed during business hours, no perfume or scented ANYTHING, you are a prisoner from 8-5 and the warden is a huge dictator that does not care about her 0% employee retention rate.

      Pros

      I have been able to Work From Home whenever needed even when I was technically full time in office, I have always had easy communication with supervisors and other departments, and the team has always worked well together. Honestly, this is one of the best places I've ever worked.

      Cons

      Training is somewhat lacking considering the very specialized products, but I know that is being worked on. Salary is about 2/3rds of the target considering the background needed to even be trained. That said, it's a solid, stable company with potential for growth, reasonable benefits, a great and very 'human' working environment where your needs matter.
