Pros

The team leaders and the manager is good(B2C full time) they know how to lead the team rather then ruling the team. Only the manager and the team leaders believe in relationship rest doesn't know the meaning of it..these guys are actually running the company..

Cons

If i start writing the cons i guess i can write a whole book... The upper management is PATHETIC they doesn't care about the employees..they only care about is their clients, and the HR is of no use...they only listen to the CEO's of the company rather than the employeea...they should know that because of the employees they run the company...and HR gives false promise at the time of interview that they have sat and sun fixed off, however we have to struggle for sat week off. All the upper management level guys sucks...they really have no idea how to handle a company..and the worst part is the HR they are not even qualified as they dont even know the rules and regulations of their own company..where they are upfrontly giving warning letters who joined recently...the washroom is unhygienic..they dont even have a proper cafeteria
