      The team members are amazing.

      Cons

      The general consensus is that benefits, work life balance, pay, and management training has room for improvement. Turn over rate is crazy high and HR and leadership seem unbothered. Talent escapes their grasps for lack of negotiating team members legitimate concerns. No formal training for managers.
