Pros

If you are lucky, you won't work with "management" and work directly with their customers. Pay is hourly and you have opportunity to make more than a salaried person in the same line of work if you get over time which I regularly did...I would work as much as a salaried person in the same line of work but get paid time and a half over 40 which was nice.

Cons

Management doesn't follow through on promises. Management doesn't pay well....it is a company of miss-fits, get them all in a room and look around, geez! Bonus? What a friggin joke. 3% after 5 years! WTF COLAs are non-existent. Their benefits are out of your pocket! Don't sign up with them until you understand just how much you will pay out of pocket for minimal coverage Oh, the best thing is that no matter how long you work there, you get a total of 5 days a year for vacation, sick leave and time off combined!!! you can work there 1 year of 10 and you get your 5 lousy days of PTO...Unegotiable they are on this point.

On one hand, it seems like you are saying that you felt that you were well paid, and then on another, it sounds like you didn’t think you were paid well.
