      What I like about this company is that everything is systematic , the process is systematized which I considered as an advantage on my part because I was an Information Technology graduate.

      Cons

      The system and application they are using is a bit complicated for the non techy specially for grade school students

      Pros

      They can bring you into a real world problem because they can transfer you into other part of the job which is related to what your applying for, like for me, a computer science graduate, i was transfer into web editing (their actual website) while graphics designing, and i can choose what day i want to work on web editing or graphics designing

      Cons

      The environment was so light, they're not that strict and that bring the employees to keep on talking even in a louder voice and have loud laughs which bring you into distraction

      I cant think of any. Maybe team mates?

      Management, no ot, no benefits. No leaves. Contract only. No tissue in the bathroom.
