      Honestly, I couldn’t find any positives during my time there.

      Cons

      No proper training or onboarding provided. Purchasing Supervisor lacks skills and soft skills. Supervisor discouraged questions and learning. Work environment full of office politics. Silent removal during probation without fair feedback. Family-run culture that favors loyalty over merit. No support for employee growth or development.

      Nice part of the world to live in.

      Cons

      Terrible salary, Swiss in name only. Blatant racism and discrimination from some supervisors. There's a dynamic wherein most supervisors/managers prefer to have a team of loyal and inexperienced minions who don't know any better rather than experienced people who do know what they are doing.
