      Pros

      If management actually did their job, it would be a nice job. Commission is nice. Customers are friendly.

      Cons

      I was offered 13/hr when I was hired but only received 12 and was told it was an error (liars)... Also, they will pressure you to work over time because upper management has now clue on how to run a business. Management kept asking me about my personal sexual habits and would harass me for being transgender, thinking it was a joke, This place is a joke and incredibly unprofessional. There isn't even an HR department to talk about it with.... I filed a lawsuit against them. Lots of unaddressed harassment in the workplace, never felt safe here ... This place needs to be shut down.

      Pros

      The spiff and bonus incentives are great. There is a lot of money to be made if you drive sales. The health and dental benefits are good and time off policies are comparable to other retailers.

      Cons

      Not all stores have assistant managers which makes it difficult when there are call outs from staff, the store manager is the only one to cover it but of you build a solid team that doesn't happen. Not many cons.

      It was nice getting to know so many people in the community as customers

      Cons

      Dangerous place to work, management ignored safety concerns, running illegal glory holes at the store and making us clean them
