Pros

- Super welcoming and friendly colleagues - Supportive immediate managers who go above and beyond despite the chaos. It's clear that they try their best.

Cons

- Entry at 31k on probation is brutal. nearly impossible to live on. Which explains why every permanent support engineer still lives at home with parents - Very little indication of promotion or progression. - Limited WFH for support roles (while the rest of the company enjoys it), messy comms, and constant turnover because people simply can’t afford to stay long term. - Before applying here, seriously assess your financial standing. This role demands you have low living costs or family support.

The company’s main office is in Ireland, and the North American team struggles with the us and them culture between Europe and North America. Communication between the different regions can be lacking. Often communication about changes in process are not shared between departments. Everyone wants processes to improve, but changes are often not gamed out properly or vetted with other departments which causes frustration between department
