Pros
AMECO was a good company to have worked with, most of the personnel were very good communicators and easy to work with. AMECO had an excellent procurement and logistic departments. Most projects had to process requisitions for parts & etc. AMECO furnished heavy equipment, tools and scaffolding for these sites. As a project site manager I had to interface with the Fluor personnel for their needs and requirements for the project. Most of the Fluor personnel were easy to work with, some had ego problems which makes work difficult at times. I always kept the clients satisfaction at the foremost importance in the everyday activities.
Cons
Working with Fluor personnel was at times difficult, some of the managers had ego issues. I ignored these issue most of the time and considered the most important task at hand which was to delivery the best possible equipment, tools and scaffolding for Fluor project.
