False promises - Anonymous employee AMF Bakery Systems Employee Review

Pay seems good but benefits are so expensive that it takes away a lot of it, family insurance plan was over 200 dollars per paycheck for base plan, was led to believe that this company had family values and cares for employees only to get fired 2 months in before training was even done after being trained by 2 individuals that couldn't give me the proper tools to do the job, was told if I wasn't a good fit for the role I'd be moved to a different role I would work in and that was a lie, wouldn't recommend anyone to work here
