      Pros

      Great Company. Fast-Paced. Team-Orientated. I enjoy the independent work environment with a strong collaborative environment and lack of micromanagement. American Homes 4 Rent has a good work life balance. The work load keeps you busy but not stressed and there is s room for growth within the company.

      New Company. Still developing its structure, procedures, and policies.

      Ethical Leadership - top down Upward mobility Excellent culture Excellent pay and benefits

      Cons

      The Training department is excellent, but more detailed and intentional training, including mentoring, is needed. A new hire or newly promoted employee does not know what to ask. Those who have held the position should communicate needs and help create more robust training.
