      None at all, every day brought a new issue, and it was frustrating having to deal with the same issues over and over

      Cons

      Lack of Communication, poor organization, back breaking work, interdepartment synergy was virtually nonexistent

      Pros

      Pay is good and some days you will go home with 200 in tips

      Cons

      They over load you with stops, they don't care much about driving conditions. You will still be required to complete stops in a snow storm. Emptying trash at the end of day is a disaster.
