Pros
The team’s solid. The people I worked with were actually really chill and supportive — made the days go by faster. It keeps you moving. If you're into staying active and not being stuck at a desk all day, this job definitely checks that box. No need to dress up. Super casual environment, which I liked — just show up ready to work. It’s fast-paced. Honestly, the days flew by most of the time, especially when it got busy.
Cons
Management style isn't for everyone. Some of the supervisors can come off a bit blunt or short, especially when things get hectic. It’s not always the warmest approach, but I tried not to take it personally — just part of the fast-paced environment, I guess. The pay doesn’t match the hustle. It’s a physically demanding job, and for what they pay, it felt a bit off. Not much room to grow. If you're looking to move up or build a career long-term, the path isn’t super clear. Training? Kinda meh. They just sort of throw you in and expect you to figure things out — not great if you're new to warehouse work.
