      Pros

      Decent pay compared to jobs elsewhere. MY boss is wonderful and takes care of the people under him.

      Cons

      Some other bosses at this company are…. Not as great as mine and purely focus on their own needs and ideas and not the company and other employees. The hours are awful, BUT they are very transparent that the operations are open 24/7 and the schedules will change.

      Pros

      Decent starting pay and it increases every year and if you get promoted. They train you very well They pay for your K9 medical bills and food

      Cons

      Pay from other K9 companies are better but you will be working in many different areas instead of one site so it's a lot of back and forth

      Great entry level career for working with canines. Supportive management where they can help.

      Cons

      Contract work heavily dictates your QOL. Management can't always help. Outside vendors interfere with duties.
