Pros

Totally nothing that I can remember

Cons

They are the cheapest company! Leadership is out of touch, and many managers don't know how to run their teams. The ceo comes across as narcissistic, making decisions that don't match what employees actually need. Communication is poor, and important updates are either delayed or missing completely. The environment can feel abusive, with unrealistic deadlines and no real balance outside of work. Layoffs happen while new roles appear out of nowhere, which makes everything feel unstable. On top of that, pay and benefits are weak, and there's little recognition or room to grow. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Pros

Despite how miserable this experience has been, coworkers have been wonderful and surprisingly supportive. Without that support, frustration would have pushed me to leave long ago.

Cons

- Working for AMMD stands as the worst professional experience I have ever endured. Employees are treated as if basic respect does not matter, and staff are pushed far past reasonable limits almost every single day. - Workloads are crushing and overwhelming. Deadlines are unrealistically tight, and longer hours become unavoidable just to keep up. The absence of real support makes burnout almost inevitable. - Beyond the constant strain, the experience is deeply unrewarding. Pay is insultingly low and completely disconnected from the amount of work expected. - Loyalty means nothing. Even long service brings no raises, and once usefulness fades, employees are quickly discarded. - If you are considering applying for a position at AMMD, think very carefully before making that decision.
