Pros

Leaving this company and never looking back was the best decision I have ever made.

Cons

- This was easily the most damaging and overwhelming experience I have ever had - Pay was insultingly low while expectations were unreasonably high and relentless - The CEO comes across as manipulative and harsh, creating an environment where employees feel used and discarded - Employees felt pushed out or terminated in ways that seemed calculated to avoid fair compensation - The constant pressure and control created a draining environment filled with fear and exhaustion - People were left consistently undervalued and emotionally worn down

Pros

Despite how miserable this experience has been, coworkers have been wonderful and surprisingly supportive. Without that support, frustration would have pushed me to leave long ago.

Cons

- Working for AMMD stands as the worst professional experience I have ever endured. Employees are treated as if basic respect does not matter, and staff are pushed far past reasonable limits almost every single day. - Workloads are crushing and overwhelming. Deadlines are unrealistically tight, and longer hours become unavoidable just to keep up. The absence of real support makes burnout almost inevitable. - Beyond the constant strain, the experience is deeply unrewarding. Pay is insultingly low and completely disconnected from the amount of work expected. - Loyalty means nothing. Even long service brings no raises, and once usefulness fades, employees are quickly discarded. - If you are considering applying for a position at AMMD, think very carefully before making that decision.
