Pros

1) Discount on supplements 2) Great team

Cons

1) Micromanagement, if you're not in the office then "you're not working" 2) Not an adult work culture, hours are 8:00am-5:00pm (or 5:30, 6:00, weekends- but always 8:00am, no exceptions). 3) Employees' day-to-day is subjective to CEO's mood instead of the workload delegated by your direct manager/ your own responsibilities. You don't have any true dsay-so 4) Health insurance offered is a joke ($450-650/ mo) but they'll donate $500 to a charity of your choice for Christmas

Pros

Despite how miserable this experience has been, coworkers have been wonderful and surprisingly supportive. Without that support, frustration would have pushed me to leave long ago.

Cons

- Working for AMMD stands as the worst professional experience I have ever endured. Employees are treated as if basic respect does not matter, and staff are pushed far past reasonable limits almost every single day. - Workloads are crushing and overwhelming. Deadlines are unrealistically tight, and longer hours become unavoidable just to keep up. The absence of real support makes burnout almost inevitable. - Beyond the constant strain, the experience is deeply unrewarding. Pay is insultingly low and completely disconnected from the amount of work expected. - Loyalty means nothing. Even long service brings no raises, and once usefulness fades, employees are quickly discarded. - If you are considering applying for a position at AMMD, think very carefully before making that decision.
