      Pros

      Autonomous. Small Company with Head Office in Adelaide & Sydney. Small, responsive and fun leadership team. Running some exciting projects with Australian based orthopaedic surgeons

      Cons

      As it is a small company there is less assistance offered in the field. Office politics. Were not family friendly, expected to work well into the evening 3 or 4 times a week. They will only be happy if they have all of you, all the time, any time.
