Dynamic workload - will force more workload on you under the guise that they are a "dynamic company" Talk about the Power of People but are only interested in providing a low cost solution to clients Want to be a Skills Based organisation but don't know what skills each job role needs Senior Management and Leadership do not follow AMS procedure and take any shortcut available Many salary bands are below market value Salary Bands are manipulated to make it look it they are paying people in range The Reward team leadership is one of the worst I have been exposed to.
