Pros
Remote working Full autonomy environment Generous holiday leave around Christmas Amazing flexibility to juggle children / home life alongside work Very clear role responsibilities
Cons
Regular redundancies making it difficult to concentrate 100% on your role, future career and financial commitments Unachievable bonus structure / lack of clarity on what you actually need to do to achieve bonus. Some people receive bonus for doing the absolute bare minimum or showing face to the right people at the right time Salary is ok, probably below market average for the amount of work you cover and demand put on you. Very little appreciation from senior management for the actual work and stress you endure trying to achieve business targets very little involvement in business decisions which ultimately, could be better with input from those speaking to the business daily. It feels like senior management within AMS are too sacred to put forward changes to account leads, meaning the TA team are left with difficult conversations. Lack of career development - it’s very much if you shout the loudest in meetings, even if what you are saying has no substance, you get further up the chain to those who actually carry the business forward. No matter how hard you work - it’s not recognised!
