Management are horrible, favourites, nepotism, bullying, unfair pay, no penalties, no work life balance, no consideration for you having a life, company expects you to give them everything and that they be the number 1 priority in your life… all for very low pay. There’s a reason these guys don’t retain their workers and are always advertising for new employees.
