Pros
Some people generally do care about peers, others and their staff skills, feelings and fair across the board. The best thing is the President is genuinely a good person and care about his staff health & safety.
Cons
Directors/Manager do not follow the same practices or align with the theory of the company vision "Quality People, Quality Service" is a JOKE...unjust and lot of discrimination with AA issues. HR dept is a click and will do all in their power to under mind people ability. Quick to term!
