      Pros

      Flexible hours (work from home), decent compensation, great PTO, team environment, profit sharing bonus! everyone is pretty positive for the most part, 2k of education assistance a year!

      Cons

      Govt contracting (temporary jobs) too hush hush about the future of their employees careers, only certain people get raises or annual reviews for whatever reason, morale goes out the window pretty quickly with favoritism making people drop like flies, really no career advancement.

      Very responsive and supportive. clear communication, great salary and benefits, no micromanaging.

      Cons

      None. Other than contract work once contract runs out you are on your own. Granted my contract ran almost 5 years.
