Pros
You constantly hear about most employees that dread going to their job because they do not enjoy it nor do they enjoy the people that they work with. In working with AMW for the last year I have enjoyed every moment. When you show up you are not only working for yourself, but you are working with like minded individuals that are goal-oriented and want more out of their life. In turn it makes everyone so much closer and creates a unity much like a family. There are so many skill sets that I have learned in my time with AMW. One of the main things that AMW has helped me with was building my confidence, and not just in the work place, but in my personal life as well. They have taught me how to package and present myself in all aspects of my life. Another thing that I learned that has helped me is my ability to read and relate to other people. When I first started the company I was EXTREMELY shy and they really helped me get out of my bubbly with a lot of hands on workshops and constant motivation, and that I am eternally grateful for. Working at AMW allows you to move at your own pace, whatever that may be, but it is ultimately up to you. Also being able to travel, I LOVE IT! So far I have traveled to Puerto Rico, Jamaica, Cancun, Dallas, Vegas, and many other places, and not just to work, but with people I enjoy being with!
Cons
More balance with personal life as well as the business side. Maybe creating a reward system when goals are hit such as a weekend destination trip with their family or significant other for a job well done. It would make team members focused and driven, and also incorporating why and who they work so hard for.
