What I liked most was the help during the first months of my stay in the country. They made the adjustment process as easy as possible.

I'll draw conclusions after the first 6 months.

1) Remote work outside of Montenegro with flexible working hours. 2) Technical support (they provide a MacBook for work). 3) Remote benefits program (they can compensate part of your courses/treatments, with limits depending on how long you've been with the company; the longer you work, the higher the limit). 4) Annual bonus potential based on good performance. 5) A lot of room for growth as a developer, both in soft and hard skills. 6) Coins motivation system — you can earn coins as a thank-you from your colleagues and spend them on interesting items from the company’s reward list (courses, entertainment, etc.). 7) Good, friendly team with a supportive environment. 8) Opportunity to increase your salary yearly, but you must prove that you deserve it. Be ready to showcase your achievements and how you’ve contributed to the company’s growth.

1) Sometimes the business doesn't know exactly what they want, which can lead to hectic work. 2) Documentation and task clarity can be lacking. However, the company is working to improve this — there are new analytics in place, and documentation is starting to appear. But most of the time, you need to reach out to people to get the necessary information for tasks.
