Pros

Not too many good things.

Cons

The co founder is pro at exploitation of others by tricking the person into believing that he/she is not good enough. The founders are classist n this can be seen in their choice of selection of ambassadors for their various campaigns. No one they ever chose is from a humble background, always "hardworking" CEOs (with dad's money), bar owners, etc etc. Their wish but I wana put out there that - these folks are true examples of self obsessed capitalists who are good at pretending that they care.

Pros

Direct hands-on experience with Shopify theme customization, sections, and Liquid code Opportunity to work on end-to-end store management: product uploads, collections, navigation, and merchandising Exposure to modern Shopify integrations (GTM, GA4, custom apps, metafields, filters, announcement bars, etc.) Strong emphasis on site performance, speed optimization, and UX best practices Brand values creativity—there’s room to experiment with layouts, typography, and storytelling Collaborative environment with developers, marketers, and brand managers to build customer-focused solutions

Cons

Tight timelines during collection launches or campaign go-lives can mean long working hours Documentation and processes for Shopify customizations are still evolving—sometimes requires trial-and-error Multiple responsibilities (design, dev tweaks, analytics setup, speed maintenance) can feel overwhelming at times Decision-making can be feedback heavy, with multiple rounds of revisions before final approval

Pros

Friendly and approachable colleagues. Managers are supportive and listen to feedback. Plenty of opportunities to take ownership and grow.

Cons

Things can move fast and processes are still shaping up, which means you need to adapt quickly — but it also keeps the work interesting. Sometimes juggling priorities can be a challenge, but it pushes you to learn.
