Avoid at all costs - Officer ANDROS Employee Review

the company is run as though it is stuck in the dark ages. zero flexibility (no working from home) atmosphere in the london office is 0/10, having fun at work is not done. you must start work at 8.30 and keep your head down and work until the bitter end of your contracted hours which is 5.30 but if you do decide to leave at this time then all eyes are on you and it is frowned upon. working mon-friday in the head office is the hardest most unenjoyable thing i have done in life. its very unfortunate because the employees are a great bunch of people and the product and brand is awesome but the management team are very very poor and the company is run in a way that only cares about business, there is no care for the people who work for them. ultimately, all of this means that the staff retention is dreadful. i have now left the country for a different adventure - i think andros drove me to this extreme!
