      -gaining valuable experience -fun workplace even if it's a dynamic work environment -great exposure to the job responsibilities that will be assigned to you, and in developing your skills, and knowledge in the industry -good strategic hrm

      Cons

      I do not see any cons in this company especially when you are starting your career here for an experience. It is a fast-paced work environment but once you get to know the workflow it will be easy for you to work effectively.

      Pros

      They team guides the interns, and help them learn how projects are handled. They also allow the interns to join meetings with the clients to observe how it done. They call this job shadowing.

      Cons

      Sometimes you have to work on the same projects for days. But it's understandable because we need to finish our tasks for the assigned projects first before moving on to the other tasks.
