No benefits Appraisal won't happen regularly last time it happened 1.5 years back Treat employee like labour Only 20 leaves per year Timings are too strict 10.30am to 7.30pm If they are after 10.30am they will deduct leaves which is already less in benefits No variable pay here Too much micro management These are all applicable to indian company Number of employees are hardly 15 in india Non technical people handling employees benefits just making an assumption And most importantly leaves will get credited every month i.e 1.67 If come two to three times after 10.30 , .25 leaves will be deducted Guys don't join these kind of companies they treat employees as pure labour
