      Pros

      - Southfield Town Center is a fantastic place to work plus you get free gym access - Everyone there is very friendly and there are some extremely talented people there from which to learn - Pay is good for an out-of-college job - Very relaxed atmosphere - The benefits and vaca/sick time are fantastic - Lots of employee get together events; work/life balance is very good

      Cons

      - If you are in sales, there is really no room to move up - Company is top-heavy and executive and management positions are pretty much set in stone; all mid to high level positions seem to be outside hires - Sometimes the relaxed atmosphere leads to mistakes and lost opportunities

      Pros

      Compensation was OK. Work load was rarely more than 40 hours a week. There are some great people within the company. Everyone I worked with was professional and easy to get along with.

      Cons

      There is a lot of posturing that occurs within upper management. The mid-managers I knew complained about upper management's unprofessionalism. This became further evident when upper management downgraded my annual review from what both I and my direct supervisor had rated myself. Nevermind that the previous year I got a raise and a bonus. The whole time I was there, the sales teams were on downward spirals of their numbers, with the exception of the last few months I was there.
