While I was there, my fellow Engineers we knowledgeable and easy to work with. The clients where nice for the most part.
Cons
Owner paints a picture of company that is a fairy tail, longest employed employee's are in the administrative area. In 4 months 5 Engineers left and before that 2 others had left, this should give the owner cause for some self reflection, instead he is doubling down. I feel that he just uses Engineers until they want take the poor work environment and lack of essential equipment to do their job anymore and just makes up stuff to get rid of you or you leave on your own, it's the revolving door. Owner puts profits first, I feel that it is a disservice to the clients and I feel for them.
No benefits, poor pay, look out if you have milage reimbursements, you will be lucky if you get this within 30-60 days. Management seems to have dishonest business practices. If this is the environment you want to work in, then this is the place for you.
