      I like working for clients in their home. I found most of my clients on care.com

      Cons

      How fast they approve you as a care provider depends on the caseworker, if they are knowledgeable of the process. Sometimes the client has had to pay me directly because caseworker took too long to get me on the care plan.

      Benefits, salaries, lots of awards to production employees manugacturing plant is situated in an area with lots of establishement

      Cons

      no transparency leaders are hypocrite, make stories behind your back no salary increase even if you are working lots of jobs they retrenched many employees every year highest number of employees leave every year
