Business Outlook
Pros
Work is compared to other asset management organisations relaxed, especially in the back office. The holiday compensation was really good, nothing compared to the US. With some negotiations it was possible to level up salary and/or holidays with over time.
Cons
The environment is not high competitive and the growing options are in my perspective limited, it is possible to move on to the FO to get more insight but in the BO it is fairly quiet.
