Most of the team is friendly

Poor management, dealing with the owner was horrific, he was volatile and grumpy, the whole team walked on egg shells around him. I was shocked to see how poorly the team was treated by the owner, I can't believe they let him shout at home on a daily basis. There was no areas of development available, I learnt nothing in this role.

The working environment is very relaxed there is normally an open office and everyone is very friendly. Great place to learn new skills and really advance into a good career. Really great team culture that always has your back.

There is no real social aspect outside the office. There are no benefits
